Monday Mingle - Little Ladies Day Or Week

A holiday has begun in the world of Eorzea, despite Dalamud dropping in an Era ago.

To this end, the seneschal of a noble house of the Thorne Dynasty has decided to participate in this years Little Ladies Day. With the aid of the event organizers, there are Daisy Flower Crowns being distributed to the Princesses of this world. Give your Princess a wonderful Flower Crown to show your appreciation, and be their seneschal, prince, retainer, whatever, for this day!

But that's not all.

To celebrate this event, the Songbirds, famed songstress idols have been hard at work preparing a new song for their group. A majestic concert is being prepared on the stage in Ul'dah, and everyone is invited to watch their concert.

So have fun, come visit Ul'dah, come visit Eorzea. It's a happy time, one for rest and relaxation. One might think, it's a calm before a potential storm, considering the Garlean menace on the horizon...

"Yeah I'm not a healer. I cleave things, and I'm good at that. But healing? I can get a second wind and that's about it." replied Koo'ri with a gallic shrug.

"I mean, I heal a little. Not much."

"I have siblings who're better at it than I am. I mean, Syrrie's pretty good at it." Eiros wasn't bad either, but he might not be as thrilled to be mentioned. Cliff shrugged. "I mean, I can probably prevent you from dying in a pinch, but I wouldn't rely on it."

He thought about that for a moment. "Suppose it's better than nothing, though."

"Yeah, I mean, I used to be Overpowered. Still am but not as overpowered?" Shrug shrug.

"In any case, this is Ul'dah. How're you liking it so far?"

"It's hot. I mean, besides that it's okay." Cliff said. "It's greener where I'm from." He couldn't help but chuckle a little, there.

"Overpowered, though? How do you mean?" Since he really only understood that somewhat. His parents edged towards that already, and his uncle was ridiculous. But the less said about that, the better.

"Gridania and Limsa are more green than this place. Ul'dah's a desert nation," replied Koo'ri. "But it has funner people."

"I could take any hits any time I wanted to, and withstand any blows, and just survive 1v1 anything."

Cliff's eyes widen a bit at that--not that having talents like that weren't a good thing, but...

"Yeah, that does sound a little overpowered." Ridiculous. But it wasn't as if he didn't know ridiculously overpowered people, himself. He didn't consider himself one of them, though.

"It's not a terrible place, it's just hotter than I'm used to. The fountains are nice." What ones he could see. There had to be an oasis nearby to have the water channeled in too, but that wasn't the sort of thing he had the ability to sense.

"I could heal by swinging an axe. Heal by hitting more things with an axe. Regain a bunch of health just by getting a second wind twice... You know, standard Warrior Stuff."

"We're not hurting for water, for that's for sure. Which is good, considering everything."

"Nope, I don't," but Cliff chuckled at that. "I leave the warrior stuff up to other people. I'll stick with what I know."

He nodded with enthusiasm. "Agreed. I'm not good at sensing water if there weren't any...then again, I could always try to sense for it by looking for channels in the ground...or where earth isn't..."

He mused on that for a moment. Yeah, that might even work...

"Yeah, though we're not hurting, so we should be good for now. Nothing too bad right now is happening, so we should be all right. Though we could always use more water when the time comes for planting." said Koo'ri.

"That is good. This is a nice place." Cliff meant the world, now. Even if he was just a visitor, he really wouldn't want anything bad to happen to it.

"Well, if I'm still around when planting season is, I'll help. Can't imagine my powers would do that sort of thing poorly, here."

"The place does need a lot of work," admitted Koo'ri. "We'll be glad for all the help we can get."

"Oh, it's not so bad, I've at least heard about worse." Like his mother's realm after she'd wrested it from the Chimera, but it sure didn't look like a hole now. It had had thirty years from that time to get better, though.

"Sure, if I'm here for a while I'll do what I can. Least I can do."
