There's a guy stuck in a cell, hanging over a pit of lava as a heated nasally voice is yelling above.

"Stupid Skull-face writing me off," grumbled Adam half to himself as Skeletor was yelling upstairs over his pit. "I'm sure Man-At-Arms has everything figured out."

"I'm sure of it...."

"Aaaaany minute now..."

Looking around, he started whistling. "Nobody knows.... the trouble I've seen.... nobody knowsssss my sorrow..." he sung softly in a deep tone.

"Shut up!" Yelled Skeletor from above the pit.

Prince Adam sighed as he noticed the recording. Pitching his voice down he whispered, "Ducks, hey ducks, it's Adam, from the holiday visit? I know I barely spoke to anyone but uh... can... someone teleport me out of here? Please? And get my sword too while you're at it. Real helpful yeah."

...huh, now that is a way to hold someone captive. Haven't seen anyone use the dangling cage over lava here yet.

So who's the guy gloating above you?

Believe me, this is the last thing I wanted. He's holding me prisoner until my dad sends He-Man.

That's Skeletor, the ruler of Snake Mountain. He's been trapped behind a magic wall for almost 16 years with his army. Don't let the bones and the voice fool you, he's ridiculously powerful.

How powerful?

Conquer a kingdom powerful? Has a sorceress who can single handedly call down a meteor storm powerful? The list goes on.

This is the second time they're trying to kidnap me and ransom me. I guess the first time didn't work out.

So...Thursday then. Hang on, I'm gonna try and get you out.

[Keyword: 'get you out'. Yua's not dumb enough to try and think she can fight some guy she has no idea on.]

But if you hear honking noises, don't worry about it.

[And the communication cuts out and a split second later, the honking noises begin as well as what seems to be yelling from any cronies in the area. Your Hydalyft is here and is on their way to pick you up.]

[Skeletor's yelling, the sound of energy weapon firing and Evil Lynn's screeching could be heard and Adam winced from his pit.]

Glad I'm not up there.

[There's laughter coming from above and Adam will see the bottom of a very long, very big car from where he is as if it is trying to make a jump. However, it will take a nose dive as the vehicle shifts to support itself in flight just as the driver shows up right at the cage door.

They also happen to be wearing a namazu head mask so hope you were not expecting a grand heroic rescue.]

I told you not to worry...so I can assume this door needs a good busting or at least a nice stabbing. [One hand on the steering wheel, one holding a sharp dagger. Hey, she can pick the lock at least.]

[Looking up through the cage door, Adam went cross-eyed for a moment before grinning a little.] Nice face. Yeah, just pick the lock, lift the grate and haul me up and undo the cuffs.

Did you get my sword?

Because a weapon is clearly more important than a life.

[Total deadpan as she gets the dagger into the keyhole and picks at it until she hears a click and pulling the door open.]

Besides, this face can make anyone either surprised or poop their pants. Personally, they try their best, yes yes.

[Stop trolling Yua. No. But she does grab him and pulls him into the car.]

We'll grab that thing on the way out; I was more focused on saving you first.

That sword is REAL important. Like, super important.

Kinda banking my whole usefulness on it for later. Thanks though for saving me.

[Rubbing his wrists, he grinned.] That head thing is awesome by the way. I think Skull-head might have scared himself silly from it. Did you manage to frighten Beast-man on the way in?

Let me guess, magic in there?

[Just a wild guess. Either that or usually weapons being all important is something in it.]

I don't know who that guy is but I probably made a few lackeys think about changing their pants. I'll be busy trying to drive this thing so you'll need to grab your weapon, sound good?

Really important magic yes.

[He nodded, as he followed Yua behind her.]

Sure, that'll work. Let's get going then.

[She nods as she revs up the car engine and speeds around the area, making sure the lackeys are rightfully scared as she laughs. Man this is fun!

Then Yua sharply turns toward where the sword is and zooms.]
