"Hi! Professor Mako Linden here."

Mako's wearing her labcoat and red glasses, sitting in a lab chair as she addresses the camera.

"I got full access during that big fight, and I figured I'd put out a general call?"

A sort of shrug as she taps a pencil against a stack of papers.

"I have a sideline in making magical girl transformation devices, and right now I'm trying to make a Kamen Rider belt for Amelie Amaryllis-White. The problem is that Kamen Riders have a few technical differences from magical girls, and even though I could technically lean on my Super Sentai experience it's not quite enough to bridge the gap, so I was wondering - are there any Kamen Riders or magitech specialists willing to let me bounce ideas off of them? I can pay in home-cooked meals!"

Tony held up his hands. "Believe me, I messed with things enough to know when not to mess with things. I'll be careful. Friday, open a link to my private server, and let her in. A deal's a deal, and I'm pretty good at trading those scans and I'll toss in a little more just to make sure we're on the same page."

"Got it boss, anything else you want?"

"Uh, give her access to the Avengers files on the Infinity Stones, all we've got so far. And whatever Strange sent over to us on magic."

Mako rolls her chair over to her main keyboard and starts typing, a steady stream of distracted chatter coming through the feed.

"Okay, sent over the notes, and let's see...oh, this magic system...huh! This is very interesting, but there's nothing in here I can use short term...oh, wait, this bit of symbology here actually explains the whiskey powers! Okay, that's good to know...annnd now for the Infinity Stones..."

There's a long pause.

"Why would you use these to power anything, that's just asking for trouble."

"In my defense, I was looking to build a algorithm to create a AI that would make a series of robotic protectors."

A beat.

"That went poorly."

[etranger]

Mako clasps her hands together, holding them in front of her mouth and takes a deep breath before pointing her still-clasped fingers at Tony.

"Boi."

"I blame the PTSD," retorted Tony.

"And I deserved that."

[etranger]

"Let us speak no more of it."

Seriously, it'll give her a complex or something.

[inadvertentdadfigure]

"In any case, fabrication. I'm recommending a vibranium shell. I've got a little hanging around here that will help, and Wakanda sent me some as thanks for a little thing I did them a while ago. So I'll send that over with notes on how to work on it. Unless you want to use my lab."

[etranger]

Mako actually seems to consider that.

"...I'm sure your lab is a lot more equipped than mine, but I have a ley line running directly beneath mine, so I'll stick with what I know, thanks."

[inadvertentdadfigure]

"I'll lend you a mapping computer then, for easier access to my mainframe then," said Tony.

"At least then, we can hook up on either end and work on the schematic together at the same time."

Nod nod.

"That'll work! Once I have some solid ideas on the power source and materials, we can start designing the actual belt?"

[inadvertentdadfigure]

"That would work. I'll get you a pair of Stark Glasses and the computer out to your place once I figure out which one I can spare from the house. Can't just buy these things from Wal-Mart after all."

Tony grinned a little, feeling a bit energized at this idea of working on designing actual powers and not just a suit. "Good luck with finding the source of power for this doohickey of yours. I'll work on some designs on my end, but I might be able to design something along the lines of my Arc Reactor as well if need be."

[etranger]

"Oh, you have Walmarts on your world? I've heard of them, but never been."

[inadvertentdadfigure]

"They're overrated, but when you're in a pinch, there's nothing better for a little shopping. I get some of my best snacks from Wal-Mart when I'm in a pinch."

In his Iron Man Suit when he's being irresponsible.

"In any case, your face, you're what, a size 6 glasses? I'll send over the glasses now and it'll hook you to the mainframe."

[etranger]

"Thanks!"

There's a pause as she opens the menu and sorts through it before tapping on a couple of options.

"Check your fridge, I sent over some foil-roasted fish with lemon and a side of chilled curry noodles."
