We have this low level villain named Fang, human body but an entire spider for a head. He can be a creep but not nearly as tough as he thinks he is.

Creepy. There's not many villains here in New Jersey to be honest, but most heroes are in New York proper. There's not much crossover over here.

To be honest, Jersey doesn't have much villain activity come to think about it.

The Teen Titans (my superhero team) is set up in California. We get our fair share of villains but it's nothing like Gotham or Metropolis. Can't throw a rock without hitting some super powered criminal in those towns.

You'd think they'd get smart and spread out to the midwest or something. Maybe they just like having 24 taco joints and big malls.

Yeah, 99% of mine are in the New York area. You have the X-men and the Avengers and the X-Force and so many Avenger spinoffs and it's a giant mess.

Then again I guess if most of the crime is in New York you need the extra help. Have you ever met any of the heroes? Like on a field trip to New York or something?

I've seen Spider-man swing by, and I've seen the Avengers on the news.

My favorite is Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers.

She protects the skies from invasions and stuff. She works with a lot of groups, although the last few years she's been something of a free agent.

Yeah, she was Air Force before she got her powers.

The closest thing we have to her is the Green Lanterns. They are basically space cops. I asked if I could join but they said I was too weak willed or something.

I think they're just jealous I look better in green.

They are super amazing...

...but maybe don't watch the live action movie.

I've been messing around on this thing looking at the different movies and stuff they made about my world and it's like...well it's like comic books you know? Sometimes the art falls flat. Sometimes the writing is terrible.

But every now and then? Like with your fanfiction? Gold!

Makes sense. That would explain why I'm getting a few hits on Ms Marvel saying "Kamala Khan is the best thing ever."

Also? 26% on the tomato score is NOT a good movie.

I haven't watched like...all the movies yet but it looks like it's pretty hit and miss. Captain Marvel looks like a boss though. I might have to check out some of the other movies from your universe.

I thought I wasn't. But apparently I am? I'm supposed to inherit the name Ms Marvel somehow and I haven't delved into it, but it's supposed to happen sometime soon so...
