Restaurant to Another World - Friday Edition

Due to the ongoing chaos in the Duck, the Restaurant to Another World is opening the doors a little early this week. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday In Character, the doors will open for St. Patricks Day. For those of age, green beer will be available.

Come on in and have a pint. And the special today is Irish Stew, Lamb made Shepherd's Pie and Colcannon!

What's more All American than the bastardized lovechild of a Irish moment in history than green beer?

"Isn't this an amazing place, eh Dave?" exclaimed Toshinori, for once, not in costume as he drank.

Dave chuckled, the young inventor looking awkward. "If the campus found us here, there'd be words, Toshi."

"It's all right, it's a holiday weekend," replied Toshinori. "Master, another!"

As another hearty plate of Irish Stew was brought out, the large man looked around the building which had been magically enhanced for the clientele. "So many people, so many heroes... makes you aspire to be them, doesn't it, Dave?"

"It certainly does," said Dave with a grin as Toshinori waved to the nearest person.

"Hello! Come sit with us!"

"Okay!"

Moon takes her triple-size portion of beef stew and walks through a table over to the EXTREMELY LARGE blond guy and his friend.

"Alola! I'm Moon!"

Today, Amelie is enjoying some colcannon and green beer - she might prefer wine, but that's no reason not to expand her horizons, right?

And, well, good food is enhanced by good company, so if she just waves at someone to come sit down near her, that's perfectly fine!

"Why hello there Young Moon, I'm All Might, and this is my friend Dave Shield."

Dave smiled, waved and said, "You're a regular here I take it? This is our first time here."

Nod nod.

"Yup! It's nice to meet you, Mr. Might, Mr. Shield!"

"It's nice to meet you too, Young Moon!" Exclaimed All Might as he held up his fork in greeting.

"The food here is top notch," said Dave. "What do you recommend? Toshi's got an appetite."

"Shepherd's Pie! It's really good, and I'm gonna have some after I finish my stew!"

The bowl of stew is larger than her head.

Today's company is Spider-man Noir, the man basically stealing into the building, ordering something colorful which puzzles him and looks around the crowded room. When he notices the woman waving at him, he walks over and tips his hat.

"Ma'am." Before sitting down and lifting his mask to reveal a handsome, if black and white face. "My name's Peter Parker. A pleasure to meet your acquaintance ma'am."

He sees that ring on her finger, and will address her with the respect she deserves.

"HAH, told you Dave, I should have ordered it." said All Might, poking his friend on the shoulder.

Dave chuckled. "You win All Might. Master, can we get two orders of Shepherd's Pie and a green beer? And anything for the young lady here."

Amelie nods graciously, smiling.

"It's nice to meet you, Monsieur Parker. I'm Amelie Amaryllis-White."

"Oh! I'll have a melon soda float!"

Moon beams at Mr. Shield.

"Thank you!"

"So what world are you from?" asked All Might curiously as he worked on his food, and Dave waited for his order. "We haven't visited many yet."

"It's listed as Pokemon Gameverse! I'm the Champion of the Alola Region!"

"Likewise. I come from New York in the year 1933. I'm a Private Investigator by trade."

Holding up a forkful of the colorful Shepherd's Pie, he said, "I've never actually seen food this colorful before. They call this Shepherd's Pie, correct? In my world, everything's shrouded in shadows and black and white."

"That's one of those small pet monster worlds, right?" said All Might, and David nodded.

"Yes, the one that a lot of kids seem to be from," said Dave. "Seems like a pretty popular destination for shopping too."

"I think we should visit later, Dave!" Exclaimed All Might with a grin.

Moon blinks a little.

"I have a thirteen foot tall space bat that can fly me across the galaxy through hyperspace."

"I stand corrected," said All Might with a impressed whistle.

"I'd like to meet your space bat sometime." said Dave.

"Ah! I am also a private investigator! I co-founded the Looker Detective Agency in Lumiose with my partner, a former member of the International Police. The day-to-day is run by a dear friend of mine, but I still consult with them on occasion."

Amelie considers the forkful being presented.

"Ah, indeed. Il est magnifiquement préparé, oui?"

"This is... Green, isn't it?" he said, indicating the peas within the forkful. "And brown, and warm tans and orange... pardon my confusion, I don't see many colors from day to day. I've gotten used to some but not all of it."

Taking a bite, he smiled. "Magnifique." He echoed after a chew and swallow.

That's better.

"Okay! Nebby likes meeting new people!"

"Sounds like a plan!" Exclaimed All Might as their food came. "Ah, time to dig in."

"Looks great!" Exclaimed Dave as the drink was placed in front of Moon along with a generous helping of Shepherd's Pie.

"He does have a way with potatoes, I must admit."

Amelie takes a sip of green beer.

"So...spider powers?"

Moon smiles broadly at this. Food!

You might want to avert your eyes from what is about to happen.

"That's right. I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and I have spider powers. I can lift cars, stick to walls, and I have webshooters." said Peter. "Build most of the gear myself."

He held up a hand. "Can I get a egg cream please?"

"It's like a tornado," said All Might faintly as Dave chuckled weakly.
