No I don't.... augh, stupid popups!
World of Battlecraft I thought you weren't going to do this sort of thing! Are my addons updated? This isn't a LUA Error!
[Kamala reaches out and pats the monitor gently.]
Great. Now my computer's decided that it wants to open a browser to the internet in the middle of a dungeon. Well, I guess that's my life, no loot for SlothBaby.
What's the Duck anyhow?

She clicks a couple of links and goes, "Avengers Endgame due out this year... what's that about--oh. Thanos."
She shivered a little. "They're making a movie about Thanos?" A click. "TWO movies?"

"Can't imagine how he managed to get into a movie...? This MCU must be really crazy to make a movie out of him."

"It's called Transfictionality, the idea that whatever world you live in is a work of fiction in another world. In whatever world they're making these movies, he's simply a fictional character, so there aren't the same associations. We, ah...this is kind of the downside of the magic internet, honestly? It's not something we particularly dwell on. My world is apparently a video game series with a history of customizable, blank-slate protagonists, so I deal with it...a little less than others."

Amelie looks incredibly serious.
"Never."

"It can't be any worse than normal, right?"
no subject
Amelie has to get her to understand.
"I don't know what your standards are for 'normal', so I'll just say this: the worst thing you've ever seen? It will have your face on it now."

She's not going to, however, she'll just give Kamala her best compassionate expression.

“Wikipedia says you’re Captain Marvel, though?”

The level of incredulous levels are out of the gate.
"What? NOnononononono, there must be some mistake, I don't have any powers!"

"'A shape-shifting Pakistani-American teenager from New Jersey, who becomes the newest holder of the Ms. Marvel identity.'"
Pause.
"Huh, that other one said Captain Marvel..."
