WELCOME TO HAPPY WORLD LAND, the happiest place on earth!

There's plenty to see, the rides, the games, the Stairway to Heaven, the Bullet Train to Heck, all of it. Ride the monorail and visit the place. Lodging is free, food is free.

This is the Duck bringing you all to the world like it or not.

For a week, you'll all experience the joys of Happy World Land!

Wednesday stared at the sign with utter distaste. She saw nothing happy here. It was all far too bright, and cheerful, and the sun was far too high. She felt as though she were a pandered to demographic.

"This must be hell."

[moonoveralola]

And now there's a small child looking up at you.

"It's not that bad," she says meditatively. "They have funnel cake."

Just to demonstrate, she holds out a paper plate that does, indeed, have funnel cake on it.

"Wanna try some?"

Moon is a great believer in the healing powers of fried dough.

"What is the funnel for?"

Yeah, that is a perfectly reasonable question for her to ask. Especially considering she doesn't actually like overly sweet things. Not many Addams do.

"They use it to squeeze the batter right into the frying oil!"

[outofthemanor]

"...That does not answer my question." It didn't, not really.

[moonoveralola]

"The funnel is for squeezing the batter?"

Moon is not entirely sure how else to answer this question.

"I'm not fond of sweet things."

[moonoveralola]

"Okay!"

Oh good. Moon wasn't sure how to handle the conversation if it had stayed on that track.

"Wanna meet one of my giant bugs?"

That gives some pause for consideration.

"How giant?"

[moonoveralola]

"Umm...Good Mom is almost six feet tall? And Tartare is about eight feet."

Her naming sense is...unique.

"What type of bugs are they?"

[moonoveralola]

"Dunno? They're from Ultra Space, so they're alien bugs."

A slight pause.

"They're real good at punching stuff, though! And Good Mom is, like, super pretty!"

It could prove interesting at least.

"May I see them?"

[theshowmustgoon]

"I dunno, it looks pretty ridiculous to me." said Dennis, shuffling his deck. "There's plenty to see and things to do. That'll keep us entertained for a while."

"Ridiculous does not always mean entertainment."

[theshowmustgoon]

"I dunno. As an entertainer, I need to embrace all forms of ridiculous. That includes going to a world populated by cartoon ducks."

Said cartoon ducks were walking by.

"I wonder if they roast well."

Wednesday looks to be studying the ducks.

"As much as murder is frowned upon, I have to wonder that myself."

Said Cartoon duck looked offended as he herded his kids away.

"But no matter, should we go on a ride?"

"Do they have rides that seek death?"

They're her favourite kind.

[theshowmustgoon]

"There's a bullet train to heck. Not too sure if that's actual heck but we'll see."

[outofthemanor]

"... Actual heck?"

No, this is not a place Wednesday has heard of.

"Actual hell, but I guess this place censors itself. It does seem to be a cartoon world." said Dennis with a grin.

[outofthemanor]

She considers that.

"Perhaps from an age when they did not consider a child's capability for intelligence."

[theshowmustgoon]

"80's, early 90's maybe, but it's hard to tell. It could just be the fact that we're in a world that mimicries a cartoon." said Dennis.

"Not all animation is for children," she said, looking ahead.
